Ticket Response Time

Trouble tickets submitted during regular business hours will receive a response within 2 hours and will be resolved within ten business hours (excluding hardware failures and carrier outages).

For emergency tickets or calls, responses will be given within 1 hour of ticket creation and issues will be resolved as quickly as possible.
